Agent:A person or group of people or a company perform the job on behave of the service providing company
Baggage: Client personal belongs packed for a travel
Booking: Provisional order request by the client for tour or travel services provision
Cancellation policy: A document that contain procedures and conditions that client and or service provider must observe during terminating a booked program
Consequential damages:liability: Damage caused in course of providing or using witness Africa safaris and travel services
Contracts: A document signed by both parties that state the terms of service to be provided to the client
Default email:A formal email exchanged by both parties for formal communication about the travel program. The email is normally collected during booking request and subsequent communication after the booking.
Departure: A date when a client return home. Also apply for the date when a client start the safari/tour program
Deposit: An advance cash paid to the bank account for the booked safari program
End client: A person who is the final beneficiary of the tour service

Insurance: This is a security scheme that a client must have to cover any health costs, accident, theft, trip cancellation etc.
Invoice:A request of payment document submitted to the client to effect payment stated in the document.
Liability: Client or Service provider responsibilities before the law due to his/her actions especially those related to this booking terms and conditions, contract or any governing law violation
Medical certificate: A certificate authenticating that the client is healthy and fit or unfit for the safari after undergoing a satisfactory medical examination
Online booking: A booking that is performed using the internet using the special web form.
Participants: People/travelers who will be included in the safari trip
Parties:The client and the Service Provider responsible for the contract
Party: The client or Service Provider responsible for the contract
Privacy policy:A document that discloses some or all of the ways witness Africa safaris and travel gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a customer or client’s sensitive data.
Reservation: To provide to the client an initial place in the tour program which is subject to final confirmation

Travel documents: All necessary document needed for the travel, include VISA, Passport, Insurance doc, Vaccination certificate, etc. These documents differ and it depend on the client country of residence
Unforeseen circumstances: These are circumstance that occur unexpectedly after the client have started his/her safari.
This Booking Terms and Conditions apply to bookings from direct end client or agent who is booking on behalf of the client.
Bookings and subsequent contracts shall be deemed to have been concluded in Arusha, Tanzania and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Witness Africa Safaris reserves the rights to change the price and associated booking terms and cancellations fee and conditions at any time without any prior consent of the clients. This includes changes done because of change of government taxes and third parties services fees that greatly affect the booked trip price.
The company reserves the rights to reject any booking which violate the booking terms and conditions with or without outlining the rejection reasons to the client.
A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking. This deposit forms part of the payment for the trip and shall be offset to the total amount charged to the client/agent.
If the full amount is not paid less than 30 days prior to departure, the Company reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and the deposit shall be forfeited.
Clients/Agents booking within 30 days of tour departure are required to pay the full amount immediately to secure the reservation.
All bank charges are to be settled by the client or agent respectively. This includes transaction fees charged by our bank.
The amount shown on the invoice is the amount that needs to reflect our actual amount charged for the trip excluding bank charges.
For amendments of existing bookings done by the client/ agent (e.g. departure dates, air tickets, accommodation, number of participants etc.) a handling fee of 50 USD per booking applies. The handling fee will be charged in addition to the service provider fees. The client/agent will bear the additional cost caused by the amendments excluding the amendment handling fee.

The client who submit to us the booking form and accept the Booking Terms does so on behalf of himself/ herself and persons under his/her authority, and warrant that he/she has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the other person included in such a booking and in event of the failure of any or all the other persons so included to make payment, the person making the booking shall by his/her signature thereof assume personal liability for the total price of all bookings made by him/her with Budget Safaris and Travel.
On receipt the booking form and also on confirming the program details, we will issued the full program Schedule Plus the associated program costs
On confirming the program details and witness Africa safaris by both parties, we will send you the contract and the full invoice of which 25% of the applicable program cost must be deposited to our bank account.
On receipt of the 30% deposit, we will issue the next invoice and officially confirm to reserve the required safari place for you, issue a confirmation letter and send safari information, clothing lists, etc. Please ensure that you receive this information before you leave on safari.
The deposit will immediately be refunded if witness Africa Safaris cannot offer you the required services (Please note that reservations cannot be made without a deposit of 30% of the whole safari program cost).
Final payment can be effected through a bank deposit 30 days before the trip start date
Witness Africa Safaris and Travel reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled if the client will not show up on the 30th Day before the trip start date.
Late applicants however may join the program only if “accommodation and transport seats are available”
Witness Africa Safaris and Travel reserve the rights to cancel or sub-contract the services to its partners without a prior client’s consent.
