4 day joint tour to tarangire serengeti and ngorongoro

Overview

Join us for a 4-day group safari experience and see the Big Five and different bird species. We assure you that our tour guides and cooks will provide excellent services and that the transportation is luxurious (a maximum of 6 clients, each with a window seat). Our accommodation will include budget lodges/camps during the safari, before and after the tour. We offer all the facilities required for camping with the help of our guide. All meals will be served fresh and well-prepared by our chef.

Day 1:Arusha to Tarangire National Park

We will pick you up after your hotel breakfast around 7:00am. Begin your tour with us as your safari dreams start to become a reality. You will join us for a briefing about the fantastic journey we have planned as we introduce you to your friendly and knowledgeable guide. With these formalities over, it is time to get going! Arusha to Tarangire, proceed for a full-day game drive at Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight inclusive.

Day 2:Tarangire National Park to Serengeti National Park

On your way to Serengeti National Park, after an early morning breakfast, you will stop at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint (before the main gate) for a while as you marvel at the crater's beauty. You will arrive at Serengeti in the afternoon, the perfect time for the guided game drive. Our guide will lead you to have your lunch in the park. You will have a close view of wild animals from the afternoon game drive in Seronera or the central part of Serengeti until the sun sets when you head to the Seronera campsite for dinner and an overnight stay

Day 3:Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Early this morning, we will offer you breakfast, and then we will take you out on a guided game drive. Expect big cats, elephants, and giraffes in the Serengeti, with a backdrop of big-sky horizons, flat-topped acacias, and beautiful grasslands. Take a break and enjoy lunch in Serengeti National Park. After lunch, you will depart on an evening game drive in Serengeti. You will love the warm light and cooler temperatures as we take you out to explore on your evening game drive. This time of day is when predators and prey are most active, and any scene could unfold at any minute! This is when you will enjoy being on safari the most! Later, you will exit Serengeti and head to Simba Campsite in Ngorongoro Crater for dinner and overnight.

Day 4Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early morning breakfast, you will continue the game drive on the crater floor. You will see an astonishingly rich, self-contained ecosystem that is protected by the high crater walls. Here, lions and hyenas hunt wildebeest and Grant’s gazelle and see hundreds of wildebeest and zebras and often lions and other big cats such as leopards and cheetahs. After lunch at a picnic site, you will depart on an afternoon guided game drive toward the Ngorongoro Crater. As soon as you have reached the edge of the crater, the caldera opens up before you, and you will have a remarkable view of this impressive natural wonder, then head back to the city.

Group Cancelation

If individuals cancel less than (10 days) prior to tour they will forfeit tour fees. Consideration for a refund can be made in extraordinary circumstances that can be proven.

If individuals cancel before (10 days) to tour date, a refund (with exception of lodging tours which refund will be subject to the lodgings policies) will be made (less bank transaction costs).

exchanges are allowed and no refunds will be given for individual tours cancelled. It is a requirement that you purchase full insurance coverage for the tour package and airline tickets to protect you in the event of cancellation or alteration.

In some cases, credit note on deposit made will be provided to client, this mostly to bookings made in shoulder seasons

Group Paymeny

Payments are scheduled as follows:

Deposit Payment due on camping safari bookings: 10% must be paid.
Deposit Payment due on Safari in Lodges bookings: 40% must be paid.
Deposit payment due on tailor made option bookings: 10% – 70% can be requested
Final Payments can be done due on arrival (Cash are accepted & preferred).

Payment can be made by bank wire/transfer, credits cards and online payments E.g. PesaPal. We will provide our banking details to enable this process.

NOTE: all payments made should be to company accounts, which are all in Tanzania. We do not have any off shore Accounts

It is common for us to receive separate payments for different individuals within a group touring together and accept payments from each (links will be sent to facilitate the payments), but communication of the relevant information should always take place via the group leader, who remains financially responsible for the whole trip.

Payment and Invoices.

All payments & installment must be paid prior to your Tour start date.

When the client or representative has made the tour payment bank/wire transfer, please email a copy of the bank receipt to the Company. We will confirm receipt of the funds via email.

All costs as a result of payment will be handled by the clients, costs such as surcharge 3.5% for credit card & online payments, wire transfer charges
